Thank you, Keith and Mike! Within a few minutes of stepping into our building, they identified the problem with our sound system and were able to offer the necessary steps to correct the issue. They went above and beyond in their service. I could not be more pleased with Carolina Georgia Sound. They will be my first call when any future needs arise with our sound system.

Extremely helpful team. I wish I could remember the names of those I spoke to, but I was prepared to purchase a new drive-thru system, and their service manager called me, after 5 p.m., to offer up a potential fix. Well, I’m glad he did because it was simply a loose connector. I unplugged it and securely plugged it back in, and the system began functioning as intended. Saved me thousands. I will not forget this when it is time to spend that money to replace the system. Thank you for going above and beyond to help a stranger. I’m now a customer for life!

The team met with me same day when I had an urgent issue and Keith made it a priority to make an on site visit a priority during the planning phase. I really appreciate the team and their thoroughness. I look forward to working with them again in the future to fit our needs.
